Jesse & Carri: A Hometown Wedding at the Woodland Place

It's 2pm on the first Saturday afternoon in May. The weather was perfect & the wedding decorations were getting their final touches.

It was calm, cool & you could feel the love. As Jesse & Carri got prepared to say "I Do", you could feel the hometown atmosphere come together. Friends, family and guests anxiously awaited as Carri made her way out of the Woodland Place & walked towards her groom. From her Matron-of-Honor surprising everyone about becoming her officiant to Carri & Jesse forgetting to put their rings on while saying their vows, their outdoor ceremony was as laid back and laid back can get! And it was perfect.

With accents of blue peaking through the ceremony & shining through the reception, these two knew how to get down and through a party! The food was gone, chips were bought and the tap was foaming - but the evening pressed on! Carri & I cheered together in high school & to photograph her special day for her, was more than enough for me. Congratulations Carri & Jesse, you two deserve nothing but the best!
